- Quantities to taste:

- sun-dried tomatoes:
- roasted grains:
- for the salad dressing:
- Soy yogurt:
Roast the grains in a pan and leave to cool.
Cut lettuce, clean and chop vegetables as well and add to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing.
Pour the grains and dried tomatoes over the bowl. Finally, pour the salad dressing over it.
