Ingredients
- bananas: 300 g
- vegetable milk (oats): 160 ml
- xylitol: 50 g
- flour (buckwheat): 320 g
- baking powder: 1 sachet
- vanillin (or vanilla sugar): 0.5 tsp
- raspberries: 2 cups

Step 1
Mashing bananas to pulp
Step 2
Mix all ingredients (except the berries) to a smooth dough
Step 3
Fold in raspberries
Step 4
Put into a greased box form (& decorate)

Bake at 140°C for 40 minutes + 20 minutes covered
