- spelt wheat flour: 70 g
- protein powder, neutral-tasting : 25 g
- potato fibres or flour : 12 g
- yoghurt: 70 g
- baking powder: 7 g
- crystal salt: 1 tsp
Stir together all of the ingredients.
Knead first with a spoon and then with your hands.
Form two biscuits, place them on a baking tray ligned with baking paper and bake in your pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius on upper and lower heat for 15 minutes.
In between flip the biscuits in order for them to get browned from both sides.
