
Ingredients
- thin-rolled oats: 55 g
- ground flax seeds: 5 g
- courgette: 100 g
- almond milk: 200 ml
- water: 100 ml
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- vanilla protein powder: 20 g
- coconut yoghurt: 2 tbsp
- blueberries: 1 handfull(s)
- almonds: 1 handfull(s)
- berry powder: 1 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the oats together with the flax seeds, water, almond milk and some salt to a boil until the consistency starts to get stiff.
Step 2
Then add the grated courgette and cook for another five minutes.
Step 3
To get the best consistency let it cool off and then add the protein powder.
Step 4
Add some toppings such as coconut yoghurt, blueberries and almonds and enjoy.
