Ingredients
- spelt whole wheat flour : 30 g
- vanilla protein powder: 30 g
- milk: 100 ml
- eggs: 2 pieces
- coconut oil: 1 tsp
- vanilla: 0.5 pinch
- your choice of sweetness (apple sauce, almond mousse etc.): 1 pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk and beat them stiff.
Step 2
Stir the egg yolk together with the flour, the protein powder, milk and if you like some sweetness.
Step 3
Carefully fold the egg whites under the batter.
Step 4
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the batter. Roast at medium heat for about five minutes.
Step 5
Divide the batter in four and turn it over. Roast for another three minutes.
Step 6
Afterwards cut the dough into small, irregular pieces.
Step 7
Serve with toppings according to your liking such as apple sauce, almond mousse or roasted almonds.
