- oats: 50 g
- water: 230 ml
- ripe bananas: 0.5 piece(s)
- low-fat curd: 70 g
- peanut butter: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- apples: 1 piece(s)
- cinnamon: 2 pinch(es)
Place the banana into a pot and mash it with a fork.
Afterwards add the oats and the water and let it simmer.
After about five minutes add a pinch of salt, peanut butter and the low-fat curd and turn off the stove.
Stir together the diced apple with the cinnamon.
Now you can serve the porridge. I like to add peanut butter and chocolate nibs as extra toppings.
