For the dough:
For the filling:
- vanilla pudding powder: 1 package(s)
- plant-based milk: 500 ml
- ground poppy seeds: 2 tbsp
- sweetener (erythritol for instance): 1 tbsp
Stir together all of the dry ingredients.
Dissolve the yeast in some luke-warm milk and together with some oil add it to the flour mixture.
Add the rest of the milk gradually and knead the dough for a few more minutes.
Let the dough sit for 45-60 minutes covered up in a warm place.
Prepare the puddig according to its instructions and stir in some ground poppy seeds if you'd like.
Knead the dough once more and spread it out into a rectangle.
Spread the poppy pudding over it and carfully start rolling the dough together from its longer sides.
Cut into separate rolls and place them into a baking dish.
Let them rest covered up for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 160°C in your fan-assisted oven for 35-40 minutes (it's best to keep an eye out on the rolls).
