- 2 dried pineapple rings
- 30 g soy protein crispies
- 35 g almonds
- a handfull cranberries
- 40 g oats
- 10 coconut chips
- Firstly finely chop the almonds.
- Then cut the pineapple and cranberries into pieces.
- Finally pour all of the ingredients into a big glass and mix them well together. The muesli can remain in the glass and be then filled with milk later on when you're on the go.
