Bliss Balls are small energy providers for in between meals. The basis of the sweet balls consists mostly of nuts, dried fruit and cereal products. Other ingredients are added as desired. In this recipe, coconut flour is used as an alternative to oatmeal and co. This makes our Bliss Balls also suitable for a gluten-free diet.
Ingredients for approx. 14 balls
- 90 g dried pineapple rings
- 30 g coconut flour
- 70 g dates, pitted
- 50 g coconut chips
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 14 almonds
- Put all ingredients - except the almonds - into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend for approx. 1 to 2 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls with your hands, pressing an almond into the middle of each ball.
