- macadamia nuts: 50 g
- Brazil nut: 50 g
- blanched almonds: 30 g
- egg whites: 5 pieces
- xylitol : 3 tbsp
- grated coconut : 50 g
Heat a fan-assisted oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
Coarsely chop the nuts, so that individual pieces are still remaining.
Stir together the nuts with the grated coconut, xylitol and the egg whites.
Line a tray with baking paper and thinly pour a layer of the mixture on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the mixture out of the oven and then flip it over and cut it up with a spatula.
Put it once more into the oven for twenty minutes, let it cool off and then serve it with yoghurt or milk.
