
Ingredients
- oats: 60 g
- water: 0.5 cup(s)
- plant-based milk: 0.5 cup(s)
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- mashed banana: 0.5 banana
- bananas: 0.5 piece(s)
- pomegranate: 1 handfull(s)
- blueberries: 1 handfull(s)
- almond butter: 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly roast the oats in a small pot.
Step 2
Deglaze with water and plant-based milk (one part water/ one part plant-based milk).
Step 3
Stir in a generous tsp of cinnamon, a pinch of salt and let it simmer until the desired texture is reached. Stir in the mashed banana.
Step 4
Pour the porridge into a bowl and decorate it with the second half of the banana, pomegranate and blueberries. As a finishing touch add some of the almond butter on top.
