- millet seeds: 40 g
- maca powder: 1 tsp
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- rice protein: 20 g
- (plant-based) skyr: 100 g
- water/milk/plant-based milk: 300 ml
- cocoa nibs: 1 tbsp
- strawberries: 50 g
- coconut blossom sugar: 5 g
- pumpkin seed mousse: 30 g
Bring the millet seeds with 250-350ml of water/milk/plant-based milk to a boil and let it simmer for about ten minutes on the lowest heat setting.
Turn off the stove and add cinnamon, maca, protein powder and skyr.
Heat the strawberries together with the coconut blossom sugar in a microwave.
Add the mousse, the cocoa nibs and the strawberries on top of the millet porridge and garnish with some cinnamon.
