Ingredients
- buckwheat: 150 g
- oats: 50 g
- coconut oil: 40 g
- rice syrup: 100 ml
- green tea / Matcha: 50 ml
- white vegan chocolate: 20 g
- hemp seeds: 20 g
- sea salt: 1 pinch(es)
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Heat some coconut oil in the microwave or in a pot and blend the buckwheat and oats until they turn into fine flour.
Step 3
Stir together all of the ingredients for the base so that they form a smooth mass.
Step 4
Shape some cookies and put them on a baking tray for 12 minutes into the oven.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and add the hemp seeds.
Step 6
As soon as the cookies haven been baked, glace half of them with chocolate and sprinkle them with a bit of salt and serve!
