
Dessert or sweet breakfast? It doesn't matter! What does matter is that these cups taste heavenly! And as they look wonderful too, these yoghurt cups are perfect for showcasing your creativity and skills. Moreover, if you decorate them with our ruby chcocolate drops instead of the normal ones, you can be sure to leave your guests speachless!
Ingredients for 1 cup
- 150 ml soya yoghurt natural (without sugar)
- 2 tbsp raspberry powder
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 3 tbsp organic sprouted muesli (optional)
- 1 tbsp macadamia butter
- 1 tbsp chocolate drops
- Blueberries
- Coconut chips
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate drops and spread the liquid chocolate on the cup rim with a spoon. Let cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Mix 100 ml of yoghurt with agave syrup and macadamia butter, and pour the mixture in the cup.
- Mix the remaining 50 ml yoghurt with the raspberry powder and pour it into the cup.
- Add the muesli, and decorate your cups with berries and coconut crisps.
