
Ingredients
- eggs: 2 piece(s)
- curd: 250 g
- salt: 1 tsp
- oil: 1 tbsp
- flaxseed flour: 60 g
- almond flour : 60 g
- hemp-based proteins: 20 g
- bamboo fibres: 20 g
- blond psyllium : 15 g
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk the eggs together with the salt until they become fluffy.
Step 2
In the meantime sift together the flaxseed flour, almond flour, hemp-based proteins, bamboo fibres and the blond psyllium.
Step 3
Add some oil to the eggs.
Step 4
Add some curd and whisk it all together.
Step 5
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Step 6
Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes.
Step 7
Form the dough into a baguette shape and lightly coat it with some water before putting it into the oven.
Step 8
Garnish with some seeds if you'd like.
Step 9
Bake the baguette for 30-40 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 10
The baking time depends on your oven. After 30 minutes start checking periodically whether the baguette is a golden-brown and crispy.
Step 11
Before cutting it let it cool off.
