- Basmati rice: 50 g
- curd: 50 g
- protein powder: 25 g
- guar gum: 3 g
- water: 250 g
- sweetener (for instance agave syrup): 1 tbsp
- blueberries: 15 g
Bring the rice together with the water to a boil in a pot.
Let simmer for 12 minutes.
Stir together the curd, protein powder and guar gum and add them to the pot. Let simmer for another 2 minutes.
Sweeten and then serve together wit the berries.
