- soft tofu (otherwise silk tofu / soy quark): 400 g
- lemon-cake protein powder: 25 g
- coconut flour: 40 g
- lemon peel & juice: 0.5 piece
- additional sweetness (coconut blossom sugar): 1 tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- vanilla powder: 1 tsp
- chocolate drops: 80 g
- coconut oil: 1 tsp
Finely mash the tofu, mix well with the other ingredients and roll into small balls (~20-25 pieces).
Melt the sugar-free chocolate and coconut oil and coat the balls with it.
Leave to cool in the fridge or freezer and enjoy.
