- thin-rolled oats: 200 g
- chia seeds: 2 tbsp
- flax seeds: 2 tbsp
- freeze-dried strawberries: 1 handfull(s)
- blanched almonds and cashews: 1 tbsp
- peeled hemp seeds: 2 tbsp
Weigh out all of the ingredients and mix them well together in a bowl.
Fill into a jar with a lid afterwards.
