Ingredients
- eggs: 4 piece(s)
- almond flour: 40 g
- erythritol: 10 g
- sugar-sukrin-icing: 10 g
- vanilla: 1 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk three egg whites with a pinch of salt. When they start to foam carefully pour erythritol over them and keep on whisking until they become solid.
Step 2
In a separate bowl stir together the egg yolks, a whole egg, flour and powdered sugar until all lumps have disappeared (the batter will become lighter).
Step 3
Carefully fold the egg whites under the batter.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking pan ligned with baking paper.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes in your oven at 165°C.
