- flour: 200 g
- sugar: 30 g
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- eggs: 4 piece(s)
- milk: 300 ml
- butter: 40 g
- raisins: 4 tbsp
- powdered sugar: 2 tbsp
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and stir them together with all of the other ingredients except for the raisins in a large bowl.
Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff and carefully fold them under the other ingredients.
Heat some butter in a pan and pour the batter into it. Garnish with the raisins. The batter should be aboout 1 - 1,5cm high and should fill out the entire pan. Otherwise bake the batter in two separate batches.
Let the batter brown from one side first. Then quarter with a spatula and flip. When the batter has been fully baked cut it up into various chunks with the spatula and then serve it with powdered sugar.
If you like raisins feel free to use more.
