Ingredients
- flour: 200 g
- sugar: 30 g
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- eggs: 4 piece(s)
- milk: 300 ml
- butter: 40 g
- raisins: 4 tbsp
- powdered sugar: 2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and stir them together with all of the other ingredients except for the raisins in a large bowl.
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff and carefully fold them under the other ingredients.
Step 3
Heat some butter in a pan and pour the batter into it. Garnish with the raisins. The batter should be aboout 1 - 1,5cm high and should fill out the entire pan. Otherwise bake the batter in two separate batches.
Step 4
Let the batter brown from one side first. Then quarter with a spatula and flip. When the batter has been fully baked cut it up into various chunks with the spatula and then serve it with powdered sugar.
Step 5
If you like raisins feel free to use more.
