- almond flour: 40 g
- protein powder: 30 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- baking cacao: 1 tsp
- xylithol / erythritol: 1 tbsp
- sparkling water: 1 shot(s)
Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff.
Stir the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
Carefully fold under the whisked egg whites.
Add a bit of fat into a pan and pour in the batter. Bake the batter on medium heat until bubbles start forming on top.
Quarter the dough and flip it.
Tear the dough apart into smaller pieces and bake it for a bit longer. If you'd like you can add a tbsp of erythritol on top and let it caramelize.
Serve with fruits or sauce.
