- lupin beans: 95 g
- spelt wheat pasta: 80 g
- tomato puree: 1 tbsp
- olive oil: 1 tbsp
- courgette: 0.5 piece(s)
Cook the pasta.
Stir together some of the pasta water with tomato puree and lupin beans.
Season with salt, pepper, herbs (for instance basil, marjoram, lovage) and roast together with the courgette in a pan.
Roast for about two minutes and then serve!
