- wholemeal flour: 100 g
- egg: 1
- low-fat curd: 50 g
- erythritol / coconut blossom sugar: 50 g
- milk (1,5%): 80 ml
- baking powder: 1.5 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- cinnamon: 1 pinch(es)
Stir together all of the ingredients for the batter.
Preheat a waffle maker and bake one waffle after the other.
No oil is required in my waffle maker but feel free to apply some with a baking brush if you'd like.
For delicious toppings you can use cinnamon, plums or an apple, 10g of hazelnut puree and 250g of low-fat curd cheese (stired together with water and a sweetner).
