- water: 240 ml
- sweet potato flour: 75 g
- eggs: 1 piece(s)
- chia seeds: 1 tbsp
- date syrup: 5 tsp
- cocoa or carob powder: 40 g
- ground nuts of your choosing: 60 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp

Bring sweet potato flour and water to a boil until the mass thickens.
Stir the spices, egg, chia seeds, date syrup and water into the potato mass. If you'd like to prepare the brownies in a vegan manner you can leave out the eggs and double the amount of chia seeds and water instead.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Spread the mass evenly over a baking tray forming a rectangle that is a centimeter thick. Bake for about 40 minutes at 170 °C.
Garnish with hazelnut butter and salt and enjoy!
