- oats: 120 g
- flax seeds: 1 tbsp
- water: 3 tbsp
- oat-based milk: 2 tbsp
- maple syrup: 2 tbsp
- cashew butter: 20 g
- sea salt: 1 pinch(es)
- goji berries: 20 g
- pumpkin seeds: 15 g
Stir the flax seeds into the water and let them soak in for ten minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix everything together thoroughly.
Shape 12 balls out of the batter, press down on them flatly and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Enjoy warm or cold. If you store them in the refridgerator the cookies will stay fresh.
