- marzipan: 125 g
- molten coconut oil: 25 g
- orange jam: 25 g
- cranberries: 25 g
- ground hazelnuts: 100 g
- dates: 25 g
- almond flour or coconut flour: 75 g
- cacao powder: 1 tbsp
- gingerbread seasoning: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
Sift together the cacao powder, salt, gingerbread seasoning and flour.
Now knead the sifted ingredients together with the remaining ones into a sticky mass.
Form 20-24 balls out of the mass and coat them with grated chocolate, cacao powder, ground nuts or edible blossoms if you'd like.
Let the energy balls harden in the refridgerator.
