- ground almonds: 100 g
- ground hazel nuts: 100 g
- dates: 200 g
- chia seeds: 1 tbsp
- flax seeds: 1 tbsp
- cacao powder: 1 tbsp
- coconut oil: 3 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Grind the dates into small pieces with a blender. Then add all the other ingredients and work them into a uniform dough. The dough should have a sticky texture.
Step 2
Form the dough with the help of your hands into small balls and put them into the refridgerator for at least two hours.
