A quick and easy to prepare dip, which is not only perfect for the next barbecue buffet or party, but also simply makes a great figure at dinner. Tomatoey with a salty feta touch and olives - super tasty!
Ingredients (for 1 dip):
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 5 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 tablespoons oil of the dried tomatoes
- 10 olives (black or green) (pitted)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (dried)
Put the feta in a blender with the dried tomatoes, the olives, the tomato paste and the cream cheese.
Mix everything together well.
Then add the Italian herbs and the oil from the dried tomatoes and mix everything again.
If you like the dip liquid, simply add some oil.
