Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly. Season according to your liking and spread them out onto a baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in your fan-assisted oven for 30-40 minutes until they become crispy. Pay attetion to that they truly become crispy and leave them in the oven for a bit longer if you're not sure.
When they're ready melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain marie. Pour the chickpeas into the chocolate and stir them well together. With the help of a spoon form small piles on a sheet of baking paper.
If you'd like you can now add some toppings to the chickpeas or simply leave them as they are. Store them overnight in your fridge and enjoy them the following day.
