- rolled spelt: 50 g
- small apple: 1 piece(s)
- small carrot: 1 piece(s)
- plant-based drink (for instance oat drink): 250 ml
- Ceylon cinnamon: 1 tsp
- chopped pistachios: 2 tbsp
- yoghurt: 200 g
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- pistachio butter: 1 tbsp
- sweetener (for instance agave syrup): 1 tbsp
Finely grate the carrot and the apple.
Bring the rolled spelt, plant-based drink, salt, carrot and apple to a boil and then let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Take from the stove and add yoghurt and cinnamon. Sweeten according to your liking. Stir well.
Serve with chopped pistachios and pistachio butter on top.
