- couscous: 100 g
- chicken Breast: 100 g
- red bell pepper: 1 piece
- chickpeas: 100 g
- sweet potatoes: 100 g
- mushrooms: 250 g
- coconut milk: 100 ml
- currypaste: 1 tsp
Prepare the couscous according to the packet.
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
Clean and cut the peppers and mushrooms.
Wash the chick peas briefly
Fry the chicken breast with oil (optionally the onions first).
Add sweet potatoes, as they take the longest time to cook.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the remaining ingredients and the couscous.
Then add the coconut milk and season with curry paste, salt and pepper.
