- chickpeas: 265 g
- ground almonds: 2 tbsp
- vanilla protein powder/cookie dough: 30 g
- pulp of vanilla bean: 0.5 pieces
- cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- cocoa nibs: 0.5 tbsp
- plant-based drink: 250 ml
- salt: 1 pinch
- sweetener of your choice:

- any kind of nut cream:
Rinse the chickpeas, let them drain well and then put them in a small pot.
Add liquid, vanilla pulp, salt and milk. Let it simmer with low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the nuts and the protein powder and puree them into a creamy substance with an immersion blender. If the texture is too firm, add more liquid.
Fold in the cocoa nibs or chocolate. Season accordingly with a sweetener of your choosing and garnish as desired.
Furthermore you can also add nuts and/or fruits as toppings.
