
Ingredients
- frozen bananas: 100 g
- frozen strawberries: 200 g
- grated coconut: 10 g
- coconut milk: 50 g
- plant-based yoghurt: 75 g
Preparation
Step 1
Put the frozen fruits together with the coconut milk and the yoghurt in a blender. Blend on the highest setting until the texture becomes creamy. If necessary you can add some more liquid.
Step 2
Stir in the grated coconut and enjoy!
