Ingredients
- coconut butter: 50 g
- coconut milk: 75 g
- MCT oil: 10 ml
- MCT powder: 10 g
- collagen: 20 g
- erythritol: 0.5 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all of the ingredients and fill into silicon cups.
Step 2
Put into freezer for about an hour.
