- Medjool dates: 18 piece(s)
- salted peanuts: 150 g
- halfed peanuts: 6 piece(s)
- chocolate drops without sugar: 50 g
- coconut oil: 1 tsp
- core of vanilla pods: 0.5 piece(s)
Preparation
Step 1
Blend dates, peanuts and vanilla into small pieces in a blender.
Step 2
You should be able to form the mixture into balls with your hands, otherwise add some more water.
Step 3
Form six balls and put them into the fridge for about half an hour.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie and coat the balls with it. Press half a peanut into the chocolate.
