- coconut flour: 1 cup(s)
- de-oiled peanut flour (optional): 1 tbsp
- peanut butter: 200 g
- salt: 2 pinch(es)
- sweetener (erythritol, agave syrup): 1 tbsp
- chocolate drops: 1 handfull(s)
Place the peanut butter and salt into a small bowl.
Add some peanut flour if you happen to have some.
Gradually stir in the coconut flour until the mixture becomes sticky and can be shaped into balls with your hands. It should, however, not be too sticky, so that it doesn't stick to your hands.
In case the mixture is too stiff add some more peanut butter.
Sweeten according to your liking.
Melt the chocolate in some hot water. Add some coconut oil to give it an extra shine.
Line a baking tray with some baking paper. Form some balls out of the mixture and then coat them with the chocolate.
Put the balls for about 30 minutes into your freezer. Afterwards you can also store them in your fridge.
