- Soy Crispies: 50 g
- Nuts of your choice: 50 g
- Chocolate drops with xylitol: 100 g
- optional dried fruit of your choice
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Melt the chocolate drops in a water bath and add them. If needed, mix in chopped dried fruit of your choice.
Line a board or plate with baking paper. Using two spoons, form small mounds of the mixture and place on the baking paper.
Leave the crispies to set in the fridge for several hours.
