- ripe bananas : 3 pieces
- flour: 1.25 cups
- oatmeal : 1.25 cups
- ground almonds: 1 cups
- coconut blossom sugar: 0.5 cups
- baking powder: 0.5 package
- eggs/ linseeds (let 1 tbsp of linseeds soak in 3 tbsp of water): 1 pieces
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- chocolate drops: 4 tbsp
- salt: 0.5 pinch
- eventually plant-based milk : 2 tbsp
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork into a pulp.
Now stir in the dry ingredients and mix them all well together.
Afterwards add the egg and in case the batter is still too solid add some milk.
At last fold in the chocolate drops and pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180 degrees Celsius for around 35-40 minutes.
