Ingredients
- oats: 50 g
- dark chocolate 90%: 50 g
- nuts: 60 g
- dates: 40 g
- eggs: 1 piece(s)
- skyr: 500 g
- nut butter: 100 g
- cacao: 70 g
- protein powder: 200 g
- chunky flavour chocolate: 2 scoop(s)
- erythritol: 200 g
- apple sauce: 120 g
- plant-based milk: 100 g
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the oats, dates and nuts into small pieces. Set six tablespoons aside.
Step 2
Stir together the skyr, cacao, protein powder, erythritol, nut butter, apple sauce, eggs and plant-based milk.
Step 3
Spread the batter over a baking tray creating a five cm thick layer.
Step 4
Garnish with the previously set aside chopped mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 150°C.
Step 6
Let it cool off and cut into small pieces.
