Our porridge recipe is a healthier, low-calorie way of enjoying the taste of this popular coffee and chocolate drink - start your day with a smile and no guilt!
Ingredients for one person
- 70 g oats
- 10 g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp psyllium
- 2 tbsp vanilla flavoured coffee
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 15 g cocoa
- 100 ml brewed coffee
- 200 ml oat or soy milk
- 100 ml water
- Toppings: fresh or dried fruits, nuts, chocolate drops, or our chocolate protein crunchies.
- Add all the ingredients in a small pot and cook on low heat for a few minutes, gently stirring the mixture, until creamy.
- Pour it in a bowl, top it with your favourite nuts and fruits, and enjoy!
