Do you often find yourself having a hard time when it comes to choosing the right kind of biscuit at the bakery? Why not give yourself the power of trying them all by baking this biscuit sun yourself! Whether you like poppy seeds or sesame ... everything is possible!
Ingredients (for 1 sun):
- 2 biscuit dough rolls (out of the cooler (=12 biscuits))
- 100 g herb and garlic butter (molten)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame
- 2 tbsp black cumin
- 2 tbsp dried tomato flakes
- 2 tbsp flax seeds (ground)
- 2 tbsp seed mixture
- 1/2 mozzarella ball
Pre-heat your oven to 180 °C on upper and lower heat.
Line a springform pan with baking paper.
Stir together the molten butter with the olive oil and cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
Place a piece of mozzarella into each biscuit and enclose it.
Dip each biscuit into the oil and butter mixture and sprinkle it with toppings of your choosing.
Place the biscuits with a bit of space inbetween them into the springform pan.
Place the biscuits for about 25 minutes into the oven.
