Ingredients
- low-fat curd: 200 g
- agave syrup: 2 tsp
- vanilla: 1 pinch(es)
- grated coconut: 5 g
- chocolate-flavoured protein pudding : 100 g
- mini Bounty bar: 1 piece(s)
Preparation
Step 1
Pour the low-fat curd into a bowl and stir in a shot of water and the agave syrup. Add a layer of grated coconut on top.
Step 2
Spread a layer of protein pudding on top followed by another layer of grated coconut.
Step 3
If you'd like you can chop a bounty bar into smaller pieces and use it as topping at the end.
