- dried sour cherries: 75 g
- cocoa powder: 20 g
- ground tiger nuts: 55 g
- (or coconut flour): 25 g
- vegan white chocolate:
- dried sour cherries as topping:
Douse the dried cherries with hot water and let them sit in it for about half an hour.
Stir the cherries together with the other ingredients - until a sticky batter is formed. Store the batter for half an hour in your fridge - then shape balls out of it.
For the topping melt the chocolate in a bain marie and partially coat the balls with it. Place a cherry on each ball and lightly press it into the ball.
