
Ingredients
- oats: 60 g
- almond milk: 300 ml
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- berry powder: 1 tsp
- berries (fresh / frozen): 1 handfull(s)
- almond butter: 1 tbsp
- coconut yoghurt: 3.5 tbsp
- vanilla whey / bourbon vanilla: 15 g
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the oats to a boil with almond milk, a pinch of salt and some cinnamon. Let it simmer on medium heat until its texture becomes creamy and then add the berry powder along with some of the berries.
Step 2
Stir together the yoghurt of your choice with vanilla whey and a pinch of bourbon vanilla and pour over the porridge.
Step 3
Top it off with almond butter and the remaining berries - done!
