Have fun preparing and feasting!
Ingredients for a berry smoothie:
- 200 g frozen berry mix
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 5 g whole flax seeds
- 5 g pumpkin seeds
- 5 g wheatgrass powder
- Fresh greens (e.g. spinach, lamb's lettuce).
- Berry powder (e.g. maqui berry powder or acai powder)
- Seaweed powder
All toppings are an optional suggestion. Ingredients can be added or omitted depending on your taste. You can also vary on quantities to suit your appetite and preferences.
- Goji berries
- Walnut kernels
- Macadamia kernels
- Coconut flakes
- Self-germinated buckwheat
- Sugar cane molasses
First put the banana and orange in the blender, followed by the frozen berries and the rest of the ingredients. You should puree the fruit, seeds and powder until a homogeneous mass is formed (for this purpose, it is best to use a pestle). It can happen that the mass becomes too solid. Then it helps to add water and blend the smoothie again until the desired consistency is reached. Then pour the finished smoothie into a suitably sized bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice. Here you can let your imagination run wild. All suggested ingredients are optional: they can be omitted or exchanged.
