Peel the bananas, cut them in half along their long side, and cut into three. Always coat the cut side with peanut butter. 30g should suffice for a thin coat on each banana bite. However, you can add as much peanut butter as your heart desires.
Garnish the peanut butter with peanuts, in a manner where the peanuts stick well. I've used unsalted peanuts. However, I could also imagine that salted peanuts could be a good match!
Melt half of the chocolate in water. As soon as the chocolate has turned into liquid, take it out of the water and add the other half of the chocolate until it has melted as well. This way you evade the chocolate getting a gray touch when it hardens.
If you feel like decorating your bites while the chocolate is still liquid then do that! I used chopped almonds and protein krispies. Now you only have to wait until the chocolate hardens again and then enjoy!
