- oats: 30 g
- peanuts: 30 g
- peanut butter: 1 tbsp
- strong espresso: 1 tsp
- small banana: 1 piece(s)
- water: 150 ml
- salt:
- cinnamon:
- toppings of your choosing:
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all of the ingredients together until they form a uniform mass.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings. In my case I like to use chocolate, chopped peanuts and some oat milk foam.
