- olive oil: 1 tbsp
- pumpkin seed oil: 2 tbsp
- pumpkin seeds: 2 tbsp
- nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 0.5 pinch(es)
- pepper: 1 pinch(es)
Wash the pumpkin, cut it in half and then into stripes.
Remove the pumpkin seeds and then coat the pumpkin stripes with a tbsp of olive oil.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Put the stripes on a with baking paper covered baking tray and bake in a fan-assisted oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Then remove from the oven and puree or mash while stirring in 2 tbsp of pumpkin seed oil.
Finally garnish with some pumpkin seeds.
