- tea bag (apple pie or something else winterly): 2 tea bag(s)
- apple: 1 piece(s)
- dates: 3 piece(s)
- date syrup: 1 tsp
- walnuts: 1 handfull(s)
- soy yoghurt: 2 tbsp
- cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
Bring the water to a boil and pour it into a pot. Brew the tea.
Remove the tea bag from the pot and add the oats. Prepare the porridge as usual and then pour it into a bowl.
Dice the apples and place them with a bit of water into a pot. Cook until the desired texture is reached and stir in date syrup and cinnamon.
Mix some yoghurt with cinnamon and pour it over the porridge. Add the cooked apples on top and at last garnish with some walnuts and date syrup to give it a bit of extra crunch and sweetness.
