- flour mixture gluten-free: 300 g
- flaxegg (2 tablespoons of ground linseed mixed with 5 tablespoons of water): 2 piece
- xylitol: 3 tbsp
- soft margarine : 80 g
- water: 2 tbsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- apples sliced: 5 pieces
- xylitol: 80 g
- cornstarch: 2 g
- juice of one lemon : 0.5 piece
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
Dough and crumbles: Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead to a dough. Place in refrigerator. 1/3 of it is used for the crumbles.
Apple filling: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Coat the springform pan with oil. Press the dough on the bottom and on the edge. Spread the apple filling on top and top with crumbles.
Bake for 40 minutes with top and bottom heat.
